Airport Farmland Bid
The Airport Commission of the City of Mason City, Iowa, is soliciting bids for lease of approximately 276 acres of farmland located in several irregular parcels at the Mason City Municipal Airport. Bids may be for one, two or three year terms beginning March 1, 2024.
Bids are due at the office of the Airport Manager, Airport Terminal Building, Second Floor, Mason City Municipal Airport, Mason City, Iowa 50401, by 4:00 P.M. on October 9th, 2023. Bids shall be delivered in sealed envelopes with the words “BID FOR AIRPORT FARMLAND” on the outside of the envelope.
All bids should be accompanied by a statement containing the names, addresses and telephone numbers of three parties familiar with the bidder’s cash rent farming and land management practices.
The Commission reserves the right to enter into a lease or leases as deemed appropriate and to reject any and all bids. For further information contact the Airport Administrative Office @ 641-421-3397.
Airport Hayground Bid
The Airport Commission of the City of Mason City, Iowa, is soliciting bids for lease of approximately 22 acres of hayground located at the Mason City Municipal Airport. Bids may be for one, two or three year terms beginning March 1, 2024.
Bids are due at the office of the Airport Manager, Airport Terminal Building, Second Floor, Mason City Municipal Airport, Mason City, Iowa 50401, by 4:00 P.M. on October 9th, 2023. Bids shall be delivered in sealed envelopes with the words “BID FOR AIRPORT HAYGROUND” on the outside of the envelope. Bids shall be based on the cost per ton for hay baled.
